Dear Hima, it is important to give same address information all throught out the application form. You cannot give different permanent address and corresponding addresses. Your permanent address is something that doesnt change and that is why it is called permanent address. If you have a different corresponding address, we would suggest you to change it in the basic registration form as well so that there is no discrepancy while filling the final registration form. 

yes you will have to stick to the same address which is your contact address so that the authorities will not have any problem of registering you or during verification of counselling processes if you qualify the examination so kindly provide a single address where you are actually available and use the same address on all the forms
