As per the information given in the CCMT 2018 Infromation Brochure it is mandatory to bring following along with other documents while reporting at RC:
Original Migration certificate of last Institute/ University attended
Original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
Original Transfer certificate from the Head of the institution last attended
Original Course completion certificate from the Head of the University/Institute in case result is awaited
