Hello Harshita !!

You didn't mention whether it is AIQ or state counselling.Nevertheless, in AIQ you don't need to report the college which you get in first round of counselling.

Whereas , if you get a seat through state quota in Bihar then you need to go the counselling centre where while signing need to tell ghe counsellor whether you want to continue to the second round or not.

All the best.

Hope this helps.

Hey !

As per the latest NEET guidelines , you have to visit the  medical college allotted to you ,  for verification and upgradation . So , even if you do not admission and want upgradation, still you have to visit the college for upgradation.

For more information about NEET counselling , follow the given link :

Hope it helps!

Dear Harshitha, it is mandatory to be present in person to the allotted college though you are going for upgradation in further rounds. You need to be there in person within the allotted time period. If not, your admission will be confirmed and you will not be eligible for Round 2 of counselling. Either for free exit or updgradation, you need to be present in person.
