Generally KV schools don't have jr KG and sr KG .Here it starts directly from standard One. So it would be better if the kid completes Jr KG and Sr KG before she/he joins KV . Though the level of curriculum of std 1 is almost equal to those of jr and sr KG but if the kid completes Jr and Sr KG they would stand in a better place in terms of academics and   understandibility. It would be a complete revision of what they have leant in both the junior classes. Once they will be able to answer questions in classes on their own they would gain confidence academically which would be very good for their growth.
