There is no connection between CSAB and JOSAA the candidates if settled in josaa and freezed cannot participate in special round, if they dont get a seat in josaa counselling they can enter into csab special counselling by separate registration. And if you register in JOSAA counselling  it is mandatory to choose any options among float, slide or freeze and if you float all the rounds you might not get a seat but it is not going to affect your csab round as it entirely involves different procedure.
