Is it necessary to adjust dimensions of scanned pics & thumb impression as I've adjusted size of pics uploaded but cannot adjust dimensions.

This problem can be easily solved by using Microsoft Paint. I would advice you to search in Google for: "adjust dimensions of scanned document". 

 

You will get some search results and some YouTube videos on the same. Please go through them. It is a very simple procedure.
