It solely and totally depends upon your college.
Nit every college requires 70 to 75 to 80 percent of attendance.
In some colleges regular attending to classes is not really important.
So, find out if your college actually is liberant in this case.
If not then you may talk to your college about it.
Write application.
If they agree then very good.
If not then you will have to manage both.
This is will be difficult but with discipline and hardwork you will be able to do it.
