I assume you are asking about jee main exam, yes you need to career a passport size photo which is same as in admit card. along with admit card you need to carry a passport size photo and any government id proof like PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar card with photograph, E-Aadhar, etc.

now a days its really easy to get photo, if you have any scanned copy of photo or a hard copy of photo  you can take it to the cyber cafe and instantly get hard copy of photo.
