Hello,

Of course it's necessary for you to complete Bachelor degree in order to do master course.

No one is giving admission to Bachelor half course student don't you think so.

  • The basic eligibility of Mtech is candidates who have completed their BE/BTech degree with a valid score in GATE are eligible for ME/MTech degree course.
  • Candidates who have completed a 5-year program in Science or Applied Sciences resulting in the award of a Master of Science degree are also eligible for Master of Engineering course.
  • Students who have done their btech programme from IIIT and having pointer above 8 can join IITS for MS , Mtech or PHD programme without valid gate score.
  • Minimum of 55% marks / 5.5 (on a 10 point scale) in B.E. /B. Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent in appropriate branches (50% marks for SC /ST).
  • Candidates who have a valid GATE score (at the time of interview/written test) are eligible to apply for M. Tech.
