If you want to go for more technical expertise of application study of computers go ahead with MCA. Candidates with BCA degree can also get good packages. But many companies give preference to a candidate with MCA degree rather than a BCA Candidate. As doing post graduation in the relevant field will give you more knowledge. This degree offers job profiles which are reputed, more secured, and with the decent pay scales.

Hi there,

Definitely yes you have to do MCA after BCA in order to get a handsome package, as after doing bca you will get very minimum package and your career won't grow as it can grow if you have completed both the degrees.

So you must complete mca after bca as many big Companies hire candidate with both bca and mca degree.

I hope this help
