Also it can be done at cyber centers/cafe but it is recommended and quite safe if done from own laptop or desktop. If you know how to take part in choice filling just do it by your own that way you will also save some money and it will also enrich your experience for any counselling you will attain in future. In case you don't you can try to learn it using online videos or any sources. And if you don't understand after following up the online materials available then you can go to cafe.
