Choice filling can be done in all the rounds.

If you want to keep the same choices for all the rounds, then you don't need to fill it in every round as it is already mentioned by you before the first round.

But, if you want to add a preference or just change a preference,then you have to modify it.

So, it is not necessary to fill college choice option in every round unless and until you want to add or remove a preference from the list.

Every round is open for students to go and list the colleges in the order of preferance. You can change the preferance in subsequent rounds from the earlier rounds if you think the list needs to be updated and that is why students are allowed to change their preferences.
