No , if you want to persue physiotherapy course then it is not mandatory to give neet exam . There are many good and well renown universities in which the general eligibility criteria for pursuing Physiotherapy is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology). you can opt for Bachelor of Physiotherapy which is total of 4.5 years program.
