If you don't accept your seat in second round then you will get your all the documents returned after some specific time.

It is not necessary to submit your original documents. The original documents are only used for the purpose of checking and authenticating. Hence only submit photocopies unless original documents are demanded by the authority. And you would get back your original documents afterwards. Generally the only original document kept is the School Migration Certificate. Hope this helps!
