NTA says "Any correction pertaining to the photograph and signature of the candidate will be intimated through e-mail/SMS and the same will be available in the candidate’s login account" So you can make corrections to  your uploaded photo only if NEET notifies you to. If you do not receive any notification from NTA, consider the uploaded images to be good and then no corrections are required.
