As you know end semester play very crucial role in getting you your matksheets and college certificates.  As you will be moving out of an instituon and after that you will be applying for your further education or job at some place so your final marksheet will be important in that way also .

You should not skip your final month exam unless there is some medical emergency then you will have to present your medical paper with proper proofs .
