Yes, you can go for the basic form filling by providing the aadhar card number, as the number is not going to change once you get it. But to be on the safe side, you need to arrange some ID proofs as your aadhar card is in process for updation and if it's asked to upload the aadhar card copy in the required documents section.. so you need to arrange the other ID proofs also.
