For JEE Advanced counselling and admission, you can give your original caste certificate in Kannada, but it must be in the format given by the central government. If your certificate is only in Kannada, the authorities may ask you for a translated version in English or Hindi. The translation should be officially signed and stamped by a gazetted officer, notary, or any competent authority.

So, the Kannada certificate is valid as the original proof, but to be safe, you should also carry an English or Hindi translated copy along with it. This will avoid any problem during document verification.
