Many Candidates do take admission in other Colleges when they are in doubt over their NEET score. But what you need to remember that is Private Colleges might not give you TC in the most easiest way. That way joining a Government College is much simpler. But to just answer your question, it is fine to take admission in Graduation should you get a seat while NEET is completed and you get an admission. At this point in time, States like Kerala are preparing for the Infrastructure to conduct NEET. And NTA also has formed a panel to review NEET schedule.
