Last year the cut off for government medical seat under 15% All India Quota was between 581-590. So, it is difficult for you to get a seat through All India Counselling for 15% of the seats.

However, you will surely get a management quota seat through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.

I cannot accurately speak about the fee structure of management quota medical seats as the fees for this year has not been declared yet. It is generally released after the NEET results. As per previous year, it generally starts at 10-12 lakhs per year.
