Is it possible that after completing first year from any IIT I can get transferred in international institute?

Hello Kaustubh, Yes, This facility is available in most of the colleges. International institutes have generally an admission pathway called the transfer candidates in which one candidate can transfer from one college to another and also transfer his credit from that college into the new college. The further studies are continued from the same point from where it was left earlier. But the admission is not guaranteed, You need to go through the normal admission process and the colleges review your whole application just like any other candidate.
