Hey,

Yes, you will be considered as completely eligible under this. This is because for JEE Mains, candidates must of either appearing for class 12 board exams or must have passed the class 12. As in 2023, you will be appearing for board exams, you are certainly eligible for JEE Mains 2023. Candidates need to note that they need to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and need to pass class 12 from a recognized board.
