Yes definitely it is possible to apply if you don't have debit card . You can pay by using other UPI or banking methods ,debit card is not a necessity,many other options are available nowadays. We are living in a generation where all the things are available . So don't worry about that . Just go for apply .

Answering to your question, YES you can pay the fee for the NEET 2024 examination without debit card. You can use net banking, credit card or any of the UPI authorized payments. You won't be having any problem. In the payment option while selecting the mode of payment, select the mode through which you are free to pay.
