No, colleges does not allow such things, you cannot just comeback and start your degree from where you left. However, there are some colleges which might cooperate with you if you give them the proper reason and documents for your vacation. But in most of the cases, you need to start agaun from the first year and might be you would have to give the entance exam again to get admission there.
