Hi aspirant,

In reality there is no concept of dummy candidate and is completely illegal. The education board supposes that the student is regularly visiting the school and attending the classes. But as many students of to study outside their cities school shows them as regular candidates but in actual they are not and for the same they charge lesser fee. So you can definitely contact your school and start attending the classes regularly but you must note that the fee would vary by a certain amount.

Also it is recommended to attend class regularly as it helps in two ways first of all it would help you in getting better grades at the practical examination. Secondly it would help to build your basic concepts better.

Hope it helps!
