Yes of course you can do distance MCA after graduation. But only some colleges provide this facility so you have to be particular. 

For the best, go with the IGNOU courses. IGNOU provided correspondence courses to near about all the branches of Bachelor's and Master's as well. Its a 2 year programme in which you don't have to attend the classes or there might not be any of them and just give your exams by the end of the semester. So you may select IGNOU for doing MCA correspondence.
