Is it possible to do MA in a subject which we have taken as an additional subject in our graduation?

Yes ii us possible. In some MA courses you can get admission even if you don't have  a related undergraduate degree.

For example

M. A. In English

M.A. in Hindi

M. A. In Humanities

People acquire two to three post graduate degrees in different subjects. You have to fulfill the requirements of that subject.
