Everything is possible why not if a student of Btech gets package of 1 cr from Top institution then why not MCA. If you are getting the MCA from a tier 1 university/institute (JU, NIT,JNU,etc) and get offers from companies like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc, then it is possible. Else it will take you a while to get that hike that also after a few job switches.
