 With 90 score you won't be able to get any branch in any of the NITs but according to last year cut-off  you can get qualified for JEE Advanced examination

Don't lose hope, you have second chance to prove yourself that is jee-advance paper.

Hello student,

In jee main 90 is consider as a low score and with this score you may not get any NIT even the new one. 

There are chances for you to get new NITs or some low level NITs if you have some quota i.e favourable for you to get a seat there.

On the other hand I would suggest you to go for some good private college instead of such NITs as of they NITs just by name . .
