If you are asking this in reference to admission process for this year, then it's concluded in most of the universities, however admission is going on for Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University, last date is 15th September, I've provided the admission portal of this university-

Or, you can wait for few months, IGNOU January cycle admission will take place by the end of this year, you can try that
