Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.

According to the percentile you have mentioned your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 71815 - 80730 , you can check out marks Vs CRL ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

Or

You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-

So on such rank and category you have very low or almost no chances to get Mechanical in any of the NITs until and unless you deserve Home state quota for some North-Eastern NITs like NIT SIlchar, Nagaland and likewise because for other state/All India quota closing cut-off ranks are quite low which you can check from the given list :-

  • National Institute of Technology Agartala - Mechanical Engineering (37614)
  • Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing, Kancheepuram - Mechanical Engineering (39524)
  • Pt. Dwarka Prasad Mishra Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacture Jabalpur - Mechanical Engineering (35762)

You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-

https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2021 result :-

You can also check out the JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-off (expected) for JEE-Advance 2021 from the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Hello aspirant

I hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that at your percentile you estimated rank would be around 73656 - 82800 . At this rank you hold very low chances of getting admission in top nits in  any branch . I would like to suggest you to start preparing for next attempt and try to score rank below 10000 to get admission into top nits in mechincal branch

For your reference , I am sharing the cut off link
