The IELTS is a globally accepted English language proficiency test. Australian universities require a score ranging from 5.5 to 6.5 or higher, from Indian applicants, based on the programme selected and the level of study. 

Unfortunately all PG cpllege  require IELTS/ TOEFl scores.
These are language speaking exams for abroad studies.

Colleges jn Australia also accept GMAT scores for MBA colleges which js mandatory by top colleges.
