Hi Neeraj,

The stream which you choose in B.Tech aligns your professional career. So pursuing two different streams in B.Tech at a same time is not permitted in any institute across India. However if you are interested in both the streams you can enroll for B.Tech in one of them and then pursue your masters in another one.
