Yes,it is possible to score 100 percentile when you studying continue and work hard . You are preparing continuosly then you will get good marks in your next attempt. But you will stop your study , you forget about yours subjects topic which are important for jee mains.

Hello aspirant, yes definitely if you work hard and clear all your class 11 and 12 concepts well you would definitely achieve the goal. But you have to do well planned study means you have to make notes,  formulas and study NCERT thoroughly. You should start Ncert of each subject to better understand the concept and practice questions from Ncert also because many questions in JEE mains are taken directly from it. You should study H.C Verma, D.C Pandey for Physics. Practice previous years questions asked in Jee mains and advance. Learn inoraganic chemistry line by line.
