No, it's not possible now after submitting your registration form along with its fees to submit the EWS certificate.

Because, the merit list is released and prepared on the basis of what you have filled in the registration form.

But, maybe you can tell this once that you have an EWS certificate during the time of councelling process to the concerned authorities about it.

They would consider it and maybe look into it that you have an EWS certificate.
