Hello Pratabh,

As of now there is now procedure to transfer from an abroad medical university to Indian Government Medical College.

You can give FMGEE ( Foreign Medical Graduate Entrance Exam)/NEXT( National Exit Test) after MBBS to practice or study in India after your graduation.
