Dear Manish, you cannot withdraw an admission after joining the college. Once the seat has been allotted, you can surrender the seat in person during the alloted time. This is called free exit and you will not be charged any amount for this. And then there is virtual vacancy. If you get a seat in Round 1 but want to attend Round 2, you can opt for virtual vacancy. Free Exit and Virtual Vacancy are the only 2 options where in you can withdraw admission from the allotted seats without any penalty of fees.
