If you belong to any of EBC, EWS, BC, SC, ST and disabled category with parents annual income up to 2 lakhs (for SC/ST) and one lakh (for EBC, BC, EWD and disabled category) then you need to provide the income certificate at the time of AP PGECET counselling to get the benefits of fee reimbursement if not you cannot claim fee reimbursement. If your parents annual income is above the given limit then you don't need to provide income certificate as you cannot claim fee reimbursement that certificate will not be applicable.
