There is no requirement for maths in class 12 for pursuing MS in biology.

However, you will have to give the GRE general test which has a Quantitative section for maths till the class 10 level.

In order to get into a good college, you will have to score at least 160+ out of 170 on a 120-170 scale in the Quantitative section.

What are you pursuing presently? Your current courses and subjects, as well as your undergrad CGPA, holds more importance for you MS studies than your choice of subjects during class 12th.

You will have to score well in GRE exam as well an English proficiency test  to be able to apply for MS in USA.
