Hi, No, you do NOT need to fill another form for Tier-2 in the SSC CHSL. If you clear Tier-1, SSC itself considers you for Tier-2; you don’t need to submit a new application.
You only need to download SSC CHSL Admit card and appear for the exam at alloted centre on the designated date and time. I hope it helps.
