yes , even private schools affilated to state board are english medium it depends where you are going to take admission. Because in south even in govt schools the medium of teaching is english.

On the other hand if you go to north medium of teaching is generally hindi and english but here the use of english is rarely done therefore you cannot differentiate any board of education on the basis of medium of teaching as at different region of india education medium language changes.
