As of now there is no such official news . Due to riots , some of the board exam have been postponed so as to ensure there is no class with future board dates CBSE assured that letters have been sent to NTA. But , the official notice could only be released by NTA. So. for now dont believe in any rumours unless it is published on NTA official website.

Yet there is not any official statement regarding NEET 2020 postpone, there are various issues which were sighted for the above mentioned effect but without any clarity you should not assume anything best is to wait for some time till any official clarity from NTA official came in this regard.
