Hello student yes it's valuable but not as valuable as government/public college. Its totally upto you if you want to invest your time and money for pursuing PhD if you're ready to do then its totally okay and you should pursue the same. As in any college the role of college is very limited but the role of student is not limited so its totally upon student how hard they work and how much they learn.
