SOIL One Year MBA program is good when compared to all the other One Year Programs out there. The average class work experience is 3.5 years and tracks such as marketing , analytics , finance and hr are covered. It is not known for operations and supply chain. Placements are very good and 90 % of the students are usually placed by convocation time.

The ROI offered is also good compared to the fees since with a 14 lac fees average salary for the batch is 10 lacs. Students without work experience are not considered for the pgpm program and hence average package is good. Placements are are par with Great lakes chennai campus and IMI Delhi.

Placements at SOIL is on par with other B schools offering 1 year PGPM courses with the average being 10.83 LPA and highest package begged at 17 LPA for the Batch of 2020.

Well known recruiters in the industry come at SOIL to hire students irrespective of the industry. The average experience of students is somewhere between 3-4 years from various domains.
