It is always better you get work experience even now.

And even if you dont its not an issue, you can still join a worthy B-school and it will be worth it.

It all depends on you and as you have been busy earning other accolades it is not a waste.

As long as you have done productive work, the interviewer may not mind.

But,make sure you have valid reasons for doing MBA
