If you are asking it from the aspect of quality of education and teaching then both are equally good and without a doubt you can go for kengeri campus.
But if you are asking with aspect of environment and infrastructure of the campus the the main campus is far more better then kengeri campus due the fact the its in main city and there are so many department so you will meet lot of people everyday.
