Both exam is different because JEE is for admission to B.Tech programmes offered in IITs, NITs and GFTIs while NDA is candidates who are willing to join Indian Army, navy and Air Force as commissioned officers. Both exam is conducted after 10+2. JEE Main is comparatively much more difficult than NDA as it has logical and analytical question from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. While, NDA exam has question of moderate level from Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). The GAT has questions from Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History, Freedom Movement, Current Events, Geography, General Knowledge, etc.

In terms exam difficulty level JEE is tough as compared to NDA. However, in terms of selection process NDA is tougher as candidates have to pass three stages of exam written, SSB interview and medical examination.

Most of the syllabus is similar.

There is some english in NDA exam which you will not found in JEE. Also the level of JEE is higher than NDA.
