Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will be responsible for determining JoSAA 2018 eligibility criteria. All of the qualifications and conditions that the candidates need to fulfil for allocation of seats will be present in the eligibility criteria of JoSAA 2018. It is important for all candidates to carefully check the eligibility criteria of JoSAA 2018 before registrations. Ineligible candidates will not be able to register themselves for the process of JoSAA 2018. The candidates will have to note that the eligibility criteria of JEE Advanced will be used for admission into IITs and JEE Main criteria will be used for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. However, just the fulfillment of eligibility does not guarantee admissions into the institutes.
