Yes, it is a good career option. If you are passionate about this career then go for it without any doubt. It is one of the noblest profession. You will need to put your heart and soul as there is a lot of competition now. For journalism, you need to get 55% in 12th grade. You can take BA in journalism and mass communication. Some colleges may conduct their own exam too.

Very good question so I tell you one thing you are interested in media then you go journalism but after you passing your graduation there is no scope scope for 12th to journalism in any good university do I suggest you first  you complete your graduation then you  fell comfortable in this line..
