Karuna medical college is offer just MBBS course in Undergraduate
Karuna college of Nursing offer course on nursing

Many colleges have different schools under the same name like if Karuna medical college is there then there can be different schools. For example, Karuna school or college of nursing, Karuna school or college of physiotherapy, etc.

This happens in many Universities and colleges in India.

I guess this is quite normal.
